Do Perfect Fitting Shoes run true to size? Yes, our shoes were designed and made by a master last designer who has designed shoes for some of the top European shoe companies like Ecco, Clarks, Dansco and others for 20+ years.

What are Perfect Fitting Shoes made from? Our shoes are made with a lightweight blown EVA sole and different types of leather (Nappa, Embossed Exotic Print, NuBuck and Suede) for the upper construction.

Do you ship Perfect Fitting Shoes internationally? Yes, but you have to pay for VAT importation fees and shipping fees. The shoes are made in Portugal, so we can ship the shoes directly to you from the factory, saving you added costs, if you live on the European Continent.

What are your guarantees? All of our shoes are sold with a 90-day manufacturer’s guarantee from manufacturer’s defects. We ask that when you buy your shoes you try them on first at your home while wearing them as you walk on carpet to make sure if they fit you properly. After you assure yourself that they fit your feet properly then enjoy them on outside surfaces as you would with any of your shoes.

What is the return policy for Perfect Fitting Shoes? You can return any unworn pair of shoes for a full refund for the price of the shoes. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Any defective pair of shoes can be returned to the company for replacement/repair/or credit for another pair of shoes. We need to inspect the shoes on a case by case basis.

How much does one pair of Perfect Fitting Shoes weigh? The Women’s Matrix 1 Free Lock size 6 ½ US weighs 10.1 Oz per shoe or 20.2 Oz per pair. The Men’s Matrix 1 Free Lock in size 9 ½ weighs 11.9 Oz per shoe and 23.8 Oz per pair. While the Matrix 3 (Mid-Top) weighs 1 Oz more per shoe or 2 Oz more per pair. The shoes are very lightweight yet supportive to the foot!

Where are Perfect Fitting Shoes made? Our Factory is located in Portugal and they have been making shoes at this factory for more than 30 years.

Our shoe developer in Portugal is Jose Lourenco and he has been a master shoe technician/developer for more than 25 years. His daughter has 2 different size feet so he is helping design our collection because he understands the importance of developing shoes that fit the feet people’s feet better than other shoes on the market. He has worked for companies such as Ecco, Timberland, Lacoste, Aerosoles, Tommy Hilfilger plus many others!
