All PFS products can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of receiving them if they are in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging along with any promotional gifts. OUR POLICY
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place. This includes all packaging, accessories (such as shoecords or shoelaces and clips) plus dust bags if included. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
Any delivery or non-receipt issues must be reported to PFS within 5 days of the delivery date indicated on the FedEx or DHL tracking number supplied in order for a shipping claim to be filed.
Perfect Fitting Shoes distribution facilities and sales offices do not accept hand or C.O.D. deliveries. It is recommended packages be sent via FedEx with a tracking number. Freight is not refundable.
You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and we will not replace the contents of the package.
LATE RETURNS
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Perfect Fitting Shoes, LLC.
REPEATED RETURNS
We try to offer flexible returns designed to make your online shopping experience a positive one each and every time you visit our store. Please note that we monitor all sales and returns made by our customers. Excessive returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged which may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Perfect Fitting Shoes, LLC. account or future orders being refused.
COLORS
Please note that we make every effort to display the colors of our products which appear on www.PerfectFittingShoes.com as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a color will be 100% accurate.
USA EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All PFS products are designed to bring quality and comfort to your daily life. We try to make our customer service experience a pleasant encounter with all of our customers. If you need to arrange a return or exchange on an item that you purchased from our website, we will help you with your needs.

- For returns, please complete the form and indicate the return reason.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, intact, unwashed and smoke-free condition with their original packaging, tags, accessories, and extra laces (if included) to receive a refund.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free. Worn shoes or shoes that do not come with original packaging, tags and accessories are not eligible for a refund.
- To return with FedEx, drop off your purchase at any authorized FedEx Location or set up a FedEx account to book a collection.
PFS GUARANTY
We stand behind all products sold on our website. If any of the items that you purchased from www.PerfectFittingShoes.com develop a material or workmanship defect within 90 days of the receipt of your purchase, you can simply return it to us for an exchange or a full refund. We might ask for photos before we process the exchange or return.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
To return your order, please contact our shipping dept. for detailed instructions. All PFS items must be processed for a return within 10 days of receiving them. They are to be in new, unworn condition and in their original shoebox(es) or packaging along with any promotional gifts to be eligible for a refund. Also, please pack your item(s) with the original packing slip or order confirmation.
International orders cannot be exchanged. If you wish to receive a different shoe or size, please kindly visit our site to place a new order.
If your order was sent to an address in the United States, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the United States, customs/duties and sales tax are non-refundable through Perfect Fitting Shoes, LLC. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.
REFUND PROCESSING
All refunds will be credited to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Perfect Fitting Shoes, LLC. reserves the right to amend, modify, revise and/or rescind in its entirety or any portion of the foregoing return or delivery policies at its sole and absolute discretion.

Your return will be processed within 10 to 15 business days of being received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the balance will be applied to the credit card up to the original amount charged. Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the communicated return period limit.

The cost of shipping the order to you is not refundable but we will not charge you any added cost of shipping your returned/replaced item back to you.
